General Information

SJFP contains a modern renovated hall perfect for receptions, parties and other events. The hall contains a fully equiped kitchen, hall with a capacity of 291 people, and a stage perfect for concerts or company/community presentations/activities.

If you are interested in renting out the SJFP hall, please fill out the Rental Inquiry Form below a mimimum of 3 weeks prior to your event, and the SJFP secretary will respond to you within 5 working days.

Internet Access
The parish hall also contains high speed internet access that is provided free of charge. In order to use the Internet access. Internet speed is equivalent to 10Mbps upload and download.

PAYMENT FOR ALL SERVICES REQUESTED IS REQUIRED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT BY CASH OR CHEQUE

THE HALL WILL NOT BE RENTED OUT DURING MASS TIMES OR OTHER RELIGEOUS CELEBRATIONS. PLEASE SEE THE HOME PAGE FOR OUR MASS SCHEDULE .

(1) If your event requires tables and chairs to be setup, there is an additional charge to cover the cost of someone setting up the hall, plans are required minimum one week in advance.

(2) PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN UP THE HALL AFTER THE EVENT, UNLESS THEY HAVE MADE PAYMENT FOR CLEANING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. IF THE HALL IS NOT CLEANED UP, THE DAMAGE / CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF THE RENTER IS NOT READY TO VACATE THE PREMISES AT THE AGREED TO TIME, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DAMAGE / CLEANING DEPOSIT.

Cancellation Policy:
The rental fee less an administration fee of $100, and the damage / cleaning deposit will be refunded, provided that written notification of cancellation is received at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.

Insurance:
For non parishioner rentals, the tenant must have a tenant's comprehensive general liability insurance policy.
